Supporting people with ADHD, Everyday

Where we meet

FAST MINDS is an acronym for common symptoms that are often seen in Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).

Forgetful. Achieving below potential. Stuck in a rut. Time challenged.

Motivationally challenged. Impulsive. Novelty seeking. Distractible. Scattered.

Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder affects all of our lives in different ways.

However ADHD affects you and your family, FASTMINDS is a group of people dedicating time to helping you understand ADHD and how it is managed.

We run support groups, informal, formal presentations and coaching sessions.
